this is the only way for all to prove they are against open borders its about time real action is taken.

fear? again you think everything is about fear, this is about what is best for our country and fellow citizens. the illegal alien invasion has to end and this is the legal way to do it.

not to worry if you pay to sponsor your slaves they may get to stay.

Why not leave the poor people alone and instead make it a felony to hire illegals?

You know why?

Because if that were the case and the republican farmers and business owners would stop pretending and force changes in the immigration laws to allow millions more in legally.

Why not make them both felonies?

Breaking and entering is a felony so why is the border different?
Lets start with E-VERIFY! Then hold those that violate it as felons.

You know that will lead to a massive expansion and streamlining of the legal immigration system right?

Business owners and farmers aren't just going to just close up shop if their supply of labor is choked off. If they can't do what they are doing they will force politicians to loosen immigration laws and streamline the process.

And why punish poor people who just want to work?

Punish the businesses who exploit them and proffit from their labor sure, but why punish poor hard working people?

You would do the same thing in their shoes.

I don’t think everything is about fear, I just see a lot of it in your posts. Seems that’s where all of your dislike for others comes from.“Open Borders” ahhh!!

This is a link to the the law that governs hiring of illegal aliens:
https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/132...

It has tough penalties, but a lot of problems enforcing it, because it is illegal to discriminate against people in hiring on the basis of country of origin.

You can be charged with racial profiling and/or discrimination if you question a dark skinned person who does not speak much English.

I would also make it illegal to rent permanent housing to illegals. That has been attempted but an activist judge claimed it was unconstitutional.

making it a felony would go a long way to slow the flow. sure go after the employers as well as all who are aiding abetting harboring and shielding, we have laws in place right now that has yet to be fully enforced, even local governments can and should be charged like it is written. a federal felony for each illegal alien, there is another law that goes with it that is another felony for each illegal alien they conspired to aid abet harbor and shield. fully enforcing those laws would help as well,it would put many away for a very long time.

have you seen what dna has been catching? they caught smugglers and other criminals trying to claim they are the parents, for some reason that link go deleted.

e verify would also help since there is not reason for all not to have a legal work force only. either way we have allowed this to go on for so long many think we owe illegals something.

as i see open borders in yours. for you to claim not to want open borders yet do not want anything done to stop it shows you are. i still think the only place you have seen illegal aliens is on tv and not in your own neighborhood, if thats the case you must want them for slaves.

Quote me. You just make stuff up as you go to fit your agenda. Quote me where I says I don’t want anything done to stop illegal immigration.

Slaves? You’re projecting. Pull yourself together, you are sounding completely scared and unhinged.

have to dig to see if you ever said illegal should not be charged or in any other way taken up for illegal aliens,to do so shows you support open border yet for some reason would never admit it.

you put yourself out there as never using logic, feelings have no place in issue like this. i don't think you have a clue on this issue do to not be anywhere near the problems so all you know is what you have been told.

Feelings are all you project on here every single day. Do you realize how silly that sounds coming from you?

nope that is a lib thing, feeling sorry for illegal aliens to the point of wanting them to have rewards instead of punishment before deportation. after having 7 shamnesties only those who want no border would support another.

Nope, it’s a con thing too: sorry. Feeling all angry about these “aliens” and pouting about people wanting open borders are “feelings”. You are exactly what you are trying to say about others.

Oh, no making it a felony for construction companies, etc. to hire illegals? If they have to hire legals.....there goes their profit. Most of them want their cake and eat it too.

Nope; anger is a secondary emotion.
We tend to resort to anger to protect ourselves from, or cover up other vulnerable feelings.
A primary emotion is felt immediately before anger.
