This raid was initiated by Robert Mueller, a lifetime Republican, who reports to Rod Rosenstein, a lifetime Republican, appointed by President Trump, and approved by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York which is headed by an attorney who is a lifetime Republican appointed by President Trump, though he recused himself and left the approval to staff.

Apparently, the Nazi's Gingrich is referring to are Republicans, operating within U.S. law and with oversight by the U.S. Courts.

The raid was an overbroad measure and is a threat to attorney client privilege, generally.

Someone should explain to gasbag, serial religionist and serial wife taking Newt that the Nazis were up to something just a bit more severe, such as the Shoah.

The man has advertised himself as a history professor....

Newt pitched me to support some cheesy technology to protect against EMT damage to the grid. He was a pathetic paid shill for a startup company and had no real understanding of the physics. This guy now makes a living praising Trump.

That is the way they bust Democratic dope dealers here in Pa. It seems a little jack boot for arresting a lawyer though. It must be that overzealous dude on Mueller's staff. He gets charged with taking things to extremes more often than not. He's a real gestapo wanna be who should never be in charge of any investigation. Then again, this is a witch hunt, not an investigation.

Oh yeah, well Newt also wanted you to be his next wife.

What's "_EMT_ damage" in this context, moron? EMPhasis added.

Cohen has been under criminal investigation for months—his e-mails have been read, presumably his phones have been tapped, and his meetings have been monitored. "

The best thing about this investigation? TRUMP CAN"T DO ANYTHING TO STOP IT.

In his first comments after the Trump election, Obama gave advice to his dispirited followers, that Democrat operatives remained in control of many Federal agencies. It is denied by only the very foolish, that this attack was another effort at undermining Trump and Constitutional limits by Democrat sleeper agents in the FBI associated to the ongoing effort at a coup d'etat of the Presidency by Obama and his sleeper agents.

(Any claims regarding Mueller, etc. being Republicans are nonsense. I have been a registered Democrat all my life. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.)

Typo -- I meant EMP, not EMT

Please excuse my typo -- I meant EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) not EMT. Mr. Gingrich has spoken many times about the risk of EMP to the grid. It seems to be an obsession among a substantial group. He was on the payroll of a company that builds what is essentially a large electrical choke to protect transformers, and was lobbying Congress to make them mandatory. When we spoke he clearly did not understand the science except at a rudimentary level.. He did not impress me as particularly smart, but I spend most of my time with people who really are.

In re "next wife" I did not sense any romantic interest. As to my being a moron, one can debate that, of course, but its hardly the consensus among those who know me.

"T" is very far from "P" on the keyboard, including Dvorak.

You're not plausible. The bit about "Newt's next wife" was not merely a mockery of his oh so religious personal life, but was an expression of skepticism regarding your claimed expertise, i.e., "Yeah, that's about as likely as...."

Neither of those things is remotely subtle...yet they had to be explained to you.

Oh come on, of course I knew you were being silly. I was just having fun taking your nonsense seriously.

In regard to being expert -- I would never claim to be expert at everything -- I'm not Irwin Corey, after all, but in matters of the grid, I am. I have built electrical systems all over the world over my 40+ year career in the field, building on a Ph.D, a P.E., 20+ patents, and status in a half dozen professional societies. Mr. Gingrich may be the exalted expert at the pinnacle of knowledge in a hundred different areas, and I can't say otherwise, but on the subject of the grid and EMP, he is a nincompoop, and too ignorant to know it.

If you doubt that Mr. Gingrich was bloviating on the subject of EMP, here's a link.

Mueller is just using Cohen as an avenue to Trump. Him and his best buddy, Comey, are obsessed with removing him from office. They're like antifa on steroids. And we already know from the book that Comey checks out guys hands and fantasizes. My guess is that Mueller's hand size is perfect to Comey. Too weird.

Why is it that you people call all who despise Trump liberals? His despicable personality, unstable behavior, and general persona make it is easy to despise him. What is worse, you people knew this when you voted for him. His behavior in the debates was anything BUT SANE OR PRESIDENTIAL. Many of us out here are conservative, but wanted our President elect to be sane.
