I'll vote whether you need it or not. "Need does SCOTUS" is gibberish, which is your first language.

On what legal/constitutional theory do you think SSM or RvW be overturned? Rights, once recognized, as virtually impossible to rescind.

ICE will be brought under control one way or another. This is still America, and there is no place for gestapo tactics here.

<quoted text>
Can you say with complete certainty that no higher power exists in the Universe? I won’t say with certainty that one does and I can’t say with certainty that one doesn’t.

Look at how everything works on Earth. Hierarchies with a leader at the top. Even animal groups have a leader.

It might be arrogant for us to claim that humanity needs no leader at the top or a higher power.

Is that higher power in the form of a Christian God? No I don’t think so. Even leaders have to step back and let those under him be autonomous. Like parents letting their children become independent.

I really "do" appreciate how Sassy writes her posts.

She writes from her heart and her head ... united as one.

And when she believes that Satan is leading women to have abortions ... she is right up "front" about it.

How refreshing to read words from such an honest Christian.

Thank you Sassy!

If there just happens to be a god ... I suggest that he "will" credit you for being so very honest with your self "and" with others ... even if the god does not agree with your conclusion.

Many of the voters that are anti-abortion vote at an eighth or sixth-grade level ... in the belief that it "is" a god that is offended by women having abortions ... and that it "is" Satan that "is" leading the women astray.
Are you claiming that pro-lifers are less intelligent than “pro-aborts”?

I’m willing to bet that you measure intelligence by which group YOU belong to. That other group is always going to be the stupid one and your group is the smart one right?

The problem has "always been" that we ... as humans ... accredit our selves with "being" highly intellectual ... when I believe that we are actually all dumb by what we "don't know" ... which is most "everything."

About all we "really" know ... is that we "are" human ... and even "that" is debatable.

We certainly can say whatever we "want" to say.

But we should always be aware that whatever we say is simply an opinion.

We LOVE opining and taking our selves too seriously ... and that always backfires on us ... as it should ... when we are so arrogant as to say we "KNOW!"

Hey, illiterate Trumpsucker--try to follow the thread.

Putin is KGB and wants to restore Russie to its USSR days, idiot. He owns your Cheeto Jesus, and you idiots are fine with that.

Where did I say I wanted war? There are ways to convince countries to act responsibly without sending in troops. You're such a coward--you'd be happy to have Putin run America rather than call him out on it.

Just admit you are upset because Putin cancelled a gay parade. What is he doing that bothers you?

Pro-life for the fetuses ... or for the women?

"That" is the question.

Do you believe that you let "your light shine" ... while others don't have any light such as your bright light "to" shine?

I believe it's a matter of beliefs and the IQ of both groups is comparable. The difference is that the pro-life group keep God in their pocket. The pro-choice group seems more pragmatic.

What doesn't make sense is that you constantly tell stories of horror and back ally abortions that women give themselves with coat hangers and Lysol and other horrific means of killing the baby just so they can avoid giving birth to their child and yet you can't believe that those same kind of women would be so desperate to abort that they wouldn't be offended or swayed from their mission to do so if they smelled some cat urine or witnessed dried blood! Because as we all know back allies are typically known for their cleanliness!
Sure June....sure.
Those rooms that were "rented" by those who performed abortions were seedy places ... but when a new woman entered to have her abortion ... there wasn't any sign that women had their fetuses aborted in those rooms before ... as those who performed the abortions were expected to clean up their own "messes" ... and if they didn't ... the rooms would not be rented to them "again."

It would be same if you rented a room today and left a mess in the room.

The next your name came up ... the manager of the place would not rent to you.

If you don't follow the content and context of my posts ... that is "not" my problem.

That's what lawyers are for, and that's why in this country everyone who is accused of a crime has a right to representation.
How do you know that Doctor Gosnell's lawyer was not also a Christian ... whose psyche actually was geared to want Doctor Gosnell to lose ... so that in the mind of the lawyer ... "God" would be pleased?

I suggest that the judge ... who is Catholic ... was more willing to please his image of God ... than anything else he might do.

That is WHY homosexuals were once put to death.

Christians believed *because of how they read words in their bibles*(and many still believe) that Jesus wanted and wants homosexuals put to death.

You "claim" to be Agnostic ... but you are not a person to ask pertinent questions of religion ... at all.

If you "are" an Agnostic ... you are a very LAZY Agnostic in DEED.

I agree!

Claiming that he "made it" to be the President of the United States ... would be a HUGE boost for his ego ... that in turn is always starving for attention.

And the more vast fortune he can accumulate makes him believe that he truly "has" succeeded.

He's busy using his government position to feed his own personal Trump businesses ... and his faithful followers ADORE him for his crimes.

Maybe they wish that they could BE him and be able to commit the crimes that he commits ... and get away with it ... Scot-free!
