Tnis will b a place where you can post recipes, or something you enjoy meal wise or drink wise!!
I will start!

S'mores Dip

Melt some butter in an iron skillet or even a heavy pan
Add chocolate chips, can be any kind
Top with jumbo marshmallows
Bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly golden brown
Serve with graham crackers

Sounds delicious, PL.

I don't usually follow a lot of recipes. I am one of those add a little of this and a little of that cooks. I like to improvise and alter recipes.

Anyhow, have a great day, and now I am hungry....lol

Here's my plan for when the next time I find myself homeless and hungry:

Go to McDonalds or Burger King

into a large cup of "free" water...
add all the free ketchup you want...
season with all the free salt & pepper you want...
stir vigorously....
& eat all you want...
live for another day!

Remember... some places have free crackers too!

Overnight Chicken Casserole
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1-2 medium onions sliced
1-2 green bell peppers, can use red, yellow
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1 jar of pimentoes
1- 7 oz. Box of uncooked elbow macaroni
1 bag of frozen peas
1/2 to 1 block of sharp cheddar cheese, cut and cubed.

Put all this in a large greased Casserole dish and cover. You can refrigerate over night or freeze for 6 months.
When ready to cook- heat oven to 350.
Crumbe Ritz crackers on top and pat with butter. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until heated through!
You can add yellow squash and broccoli to this.
