I was wondering what families operate in New Jersey. Obviously the New Jersey Family. I read an article that says Camden was run by both the Genovese family and Philadelphia family. Another article said that Trenton was run by Philadelphia until Torezio died, then was taken over by the Perna brothers in the Lucchese family. Read another article that said four Colombo soldiers operate in Toms River. Does anyone know if there are more then those listed above.

Genovese and Lucchese families have the biggest sports books in the state. Philadelphia and DeCavalcante have a lot of money in construction and real estate. Genovese and Bonanno families control most of the waterfronts in the state. Colombo and Gambino families deal in a lot of drugs. Trenton is Philadelphia territory.

Little Paulie, the guy from Trenton you are thinking of is Salvatore "Tory" TaBone. Philadelphia still has a strong grip on Trenton, "Faffy" and "Chuck" live there, weather they are active or not is up for debate. The Russo family of the Gambino family still operates there, and Angelo from the Genovese family has a few soldiers from his crew there. I have not come across any reports that says the Lucchese are in Trenton, only a Bonanno soldier Giovanni Penta who is in is 90's now, and seems to have retired himself in the 1980's.

Well it looks like someone did not like what I posted, I guess they are not an American and don't understand the first amendment. This post is do to warning I recieved before I posted.

Those are not the only players in play for that family, as Louis is a capo who was mentored by some of the top guys while he was growing up, which makes him a contender, but then again many of those players have that undercover cop that was brought around and has jammed a few of them up in court or sentencing.
