Absolutely! They line their pockets with high prices and shitty service. They can afford to update the aged infrastructure, but choose the typical modern American way... to screw any and everyone they can. Again, part of the problem, not the solution. And they have the odacity to pass the cost of the storm onto their customers. Criminals.
