the hspca has a lot of animals . i wonted a dog to replace mine i had for 10 years . i called the hspca and they said it would cost 85.00 dollars .im disabled and dont have a lot of ssi income. i could not afford one from them . i think there is a lot more people out there that wont a pet but 85 dollars is more than we have .
