This needs to become law across our nation! I am not against gun ownership, or legally possessing a firearm. However, it takes responsibility. It takes training on how to use a firearm safely. Not solely by common sense as some gun goober nuts believe. If it takes fines, if it takes attitude adjustments, if it takes strong arm to comply with. Sign the GWD!

"..., the requirement that any lawful firearm in the home be disassembled or bound by a trigger lock makes it impossible for citizens to use arms for the core lawful purpose of self-defense and is hence unconstitutional. "

Let's see if you can apply a "strong arm".

Obviously you have no problem with someone coming into your home to ensure your firearms are properly secured for safeties sake? What’s next, maybe you'll let them come in to ensure you’re not overloading an electrical outlet or your tide pods are secured too? As the internet tough guy you always advocate violence towards law abiding citizens to implement your GCP.

I will have no issues with our government's oversight to ensure compliance under what law(s) to be passed. FYI--- It will be 'un-lawful', not 'law'. And, I do not advocate violence. Peace Brothers and Sisters!

We all remember the knee in the back thing...

So you will willingly let any government (federal, state & local) to check for any and all violations of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation on the books?

I will answer this question as soon as you answer the one I asked in "Trump's plan will seek to 'harden' schools agai...' It is the last post # 2226. I have asked this question twelve different ways, twelve different times for almost a month now! A guess gun activist, as in times past, are mentally challenged. Is the gun powder that you and others inhale when firing off your weapons hurt?

#2226 must have been a pretty sad post. It is gone. Even TJ's insanity doesn't get deleted by Topix.

Try rephrasing your question because apparently Topix didn't appreciate the way you asked because it was deleted. I guess a "frustrated control freak" can have their posts deleted when they get too frustrated...you must have had some good violence in that one...lol

Would you want these government oversight inspectors to have a warrant to enter your home or are you willing to forgo your 4thAamendment right as well. Maybe you could pose that question to your pals in the common area and see if they’d be willing to let someone from the government oversight into their homes to search for illegally stored firearms, should be real laughs to read their responses wouldn’t you agree?

Is this your question from post 2226? The answer would be no if it is.

Oh yeah you’re non-violent for sure. Maybe you could demonstrate to this government over watch personnel GWD’s proven technique for splintering in someone’s door and then sticking your knee into the backs of non-compliant storage of firearms law abiding citizens.

Another community that decides what is best for it's citizens. How inclusive and caring.

Yes,yes, the police must smash down doors to catch violators. Homeowners must take five minutes and make sure it is the police, and not a simple home invasion. After all a criminal police, ops a criminal or police might be injured, and we would not want that on our minds, would we?

For someone that knows dick about guns, gun laws etc., you sure wanna talk like you do.

Others her have already summed it up, especi8the unconstitutional part. Maybe you should make your mind up. One minute you're against gun ownership and calling for confiscation (plus advocating violence). The next, you're kissing up to any pto-gun person you can find.

We realize that you can't comprehend what "common sense" refers to, so explaining it to you is a waist at best.

This is the question that ~Say What~ just asked you. He asked you a legitimate question.

And this is what you respond with? Some smartass question about inhaling gun powder. Is it possible that you were dropped on your head as a teenager?

How many times have I invited you to a gun store/range so that you might learn something for once? I've lost count myself and you seem to always ignore each request anyway. And to be honest, we all know why.

I asked this question a Month Ago! Will gun owners who smoke left handed cigarettes, will they surrender their weapons? Or, if they know ones who do if they will council them on what to do? We talk about the chirp of crickets, when one is too confused to answer. Well the crickets I know are now extinct! Because the gun activist I know are too challenged to give my an answer. The crickets i know are displayed next to the extinct Doe Doe Bird.

Something with "Topix" is going on this end as I can see many of my postings on my PC, but not on my I-Phone? Is the moderator silencing my comments to make me look bad? I always comply with terms of agreement. This should be a forum where one can constructively debate with other colleges, friends, and the public. I keep hearing about woe to the second amendment, but the first amendment has been thrown out with baby's bath water numerous times!

This is the GWD. Testing to see if it went through.
