All of you has been lied to. You will never get raises. Any good payouts. But the management always pulls money out the air to get there Christmas bonus. Wow...amazing...so just keep working your slave wage. I never in my life worked in a company that treats the people on the floor this way. This is a scam. Management should be tried for theft. The very few that knows the product and what to do should be rewarded. But no way...lets bend them over and let Lowe's take over. We all getting the shaft. But not me..I work at a company that rewards good people that do work. One day...the very few that do work and have knowledge
Will leave and go to a place that rewards them for good old fashion hard work. That's very rare these days. It's hard to come by and you are getting treated like dogs...wake up...leave...let management see how this store ends up. You 586 have 3 good people left that bust there ass everyday but for what...they are in a dream world one day that they will get a raise..
All management is concerned about is filling there pockets up with greed.
This is sad. You all should be ashamed

Sales is not a light switch...you can't turn it off one day and turn it on the next.
Pse and psi..98 percent of the store has no clue what this is. Where is the training. Where is the product knowledge in the department.

I just love it when the sales and support managers jump in on the Wheel after I did all the work in operations. They take credit for stuff they didn't do. Sales support asm's managers blah blah blah. If I did something it was their idea. Yikes,! What am I doing here

Like most big box retailers, they’d rather hire 2 totally clueless warm bodies for $8 to give the illusion of floor coverage than one very knowledgeable, helpful person for $16. There are so many areas in a typical that require a degree of expertise. Plumbing, electrical, millwork, etc. can’t be staffed with newbies if you’re expecting any measurable results. Sadly, it’s the nature of the beast in retail.
