We bought a mattress there yesterday and it has bed bugs i it. This is bullshit. Th manager said we could speak to the store manager on Monday. My ass, I want my money back and my house checked for bed bugs.

Consider this fair warning people. That bunch is nasty.

Eric you and your nasty family brought a massive amount of bed bugs into our store, now youre gonna go home with our clean mattress and act like you got them from us. Fair warning, stop with your lies or I will put your full name on here off the receipt. We might possibly have to throw away our entire inventory thanks to you and your family!

No. It's a troll; probably a disgruntled customer or ex-employee, very obviously trying in a sideways and very bitchlike fashion to imply the store has bedbugs, and failing.

Common tactic on Topix, for the imagined victim who has no sack or legitimate recourse for their gripes and grievances to snivel and snark and throw shade, rather than unfucking themselves and owning their role in their own misfortunes.

Conflict (non-)resolution such as this is a sure sign of more self-inflicted sorrow to come.

Makes no sense since new mattresses come in thick plastic bags.

Just FYI Bed bugs can still get in mattress with plastic bags. Plastic begs are not bed proof bags.

I've read that the little boogers can get anywhere, or just flatten out and cling to the seams and folds of such things and go dormant, without any nourishment, despite temperature, for fricken months. Scary as hell how resilient and hard to kill they are.

But I also know that Pieratts is bug-free, or any legit complaint to the health department would have shut them down already.

This is just some pissy customer that didn't pay their bill pouting over getting their shit repo'ed, or an employee that either didn't show up enough or showed up high and got shitcanned, trying to smear the place. Otherwise they'd have taken it to the health department or the news and we'd have seen the results.
