Haha, love how "1984" is becoming a reality. Seriously though, f### communists and all they stand for. ANTIFA/BLM has injured/killed more people then these so called 'nu-nazis.' When is the U.S. government going to label these scumbags as terrorists?

A lot of people believe, and wrongly so, that people who want Confederate monuments removed want to erase history.
It's clear that isn't the case if you actually think about it for a minute.
They are an important part of history, but not one to be celebrated.
We should put Confederate artifacts in museums and libraries, NOT erect monuments or plaques celebrating or paying tribute to that sort of history.
That's what monuments are; a tribute.
Many of the existing monuments have such plaques; ones that express the white supremacist values of the Confederacy. The text on those plaques are right there in public so it's not like you can deny it.
Screw the people who still hold those values dear.
Why should we leave monuments or plaques celebrating White supremacy so openly and blatantly? Surely if you don't hold racist, white supremacist viewpoints you wouldn't be so concerned about removing tributes to those viewpoints.
It's really a not a complex issue. I don't know why people are making it seem like it is.
Either you're a bigoted piece of shi t or your not.
Well, let's go take down that John Henry monument too!

Screw the people who hold those values dear? Screw you, flaggy burn. What you refer to as White supremacy is simply white pride. I have it and will continue to. I think you are stupid, as well. It's not a matter of thinking about this for a minute, it's that I won't be told what to celebrate, or told that the Confederate flag is a participation prize or any of the other derogatory things people put out there to try to induce shame and promote their way of thinking.
Screw you, and I guess you are an ignorant and stubborn piece of shi t.

No if you remove the Southern monuments then you have to remove the Northern monuments too. People that think the war was fought just for the racist reason of slavery are the real ignorant racists. Pick a history book up and find out what was really going on to make our country divide. And don't forget the northerners didn't call their slaves slaves they we're indentured servants that were treated as bad or worse than slaves in most cases.
You are correct I love how everyone wants to teach and preach that the civil war was over slavery and was not near the reason but that is what public school teachers love to tell the kids
