Tinkie Winkie is badmouthing this on Facebook. He's mad at the school board, too. He hates being left out of decisions he's got no business being a part of.

A pressure washer and a couple gallons of paint go a long way.
One can only wonder what the inside looks like.

He really is a joke. He thinks every time he wants to put on his political candidate hat, all his assholery will be forgotten and he will be taken seriously. He's a middle school immature bully in a 50 year old, beer belly, cigarette lung rattle body with a limp pecker that needs duct tape and popsicle sticks to even barely function. If he just had orange hair and skin, he could be Trumps twin.

Glad to see that someone is going to take it over. At the same time they mentioned a planned $500,000 in improvements. The question is will $500,000 cover all that needs to be done to the place?

The state of Pennsylvania spends in excess of that amount annually alone out there. There is little risk in spending more if needed. Rumor has it the old Penney's section had a walk-through by a national sit down restaurant chain and are negotiating design changes -specifically the hallway removal as their exterior design would be mostly hidden which diminishes its notoriety and long-term visual branding.

Malls are a bad retail investment but they can be converted to a good many other things. Clearfield's transition has been slow but it's a transition nonetheless. Eateries, junk stores, booze and smokes seems like the match game is being well played for this area's clientele.

Oh, here comes the intelligent investors of clearfield, 500,000 ya say the state of pa pumps into the mall. I take it you mean rent? What is the breakdown? 250, 000 for the liquor store and another 250 for the driver license center?

Do you think mall investors pick and design the tenant clientele or rent to willing and able tenants?

Usually the loud mouths or the decision makers in Clearfield are lucky if they own a home or pay their property taxes. Morons please stick to politics, council, supervisor or a government job . Let the investors make the decisions. You morons can spend the real estate tax money !
