Interesting that this little lady that lived along a hillside behind Wal Mart for years had to travel along a dirt road for years to get to her home. Dusty and muddy was generally her options.

Then AMAZINGLY one day the big yellow machines came and laid down that stuff dreams are made of.......... BLACKTOP..........Gobs of it. On a CITY ROAD. So wide that two 18 wheelers can pass at some points.

Then shortly thereafter the little lady that ate dust and wallowed through the mud for years sold her house to another..........The new owner??????????

City Manager Donavan Blackburn

Coincidence? I wonder why so many coincidences hover around our local politicians and their cronies?

I wonder just how soon before Donnie Boy bought it that the area, few houses, were incorporated into the city?

One thing I can say for that group is they are great planners.

When elected officials and subservient cronies they appoint suddenly have more than the voters who elected them we know we are in the company of corrupt, evil people.

Vote against Ray Jones even for outhouse pumper.

Vote for Representative Chris Harris because he has shown himself to be capable of soundly defeating corruption in our community.

Don’t forget their judicial strong arm. Judge Goober. He is the one that makes the dissenters and so called obstructionists say UNCLE. Or at least buy space in the ANE to apologize for speaking out about the Senator.

Black shimmering pavement. Tons and tons of it going right past Donnies new house. Now isn't that nice of the city to annex and pave the area before Donnie wrote a check for the place.

So there was no blacktop in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Pikeville before Donovan moved there? You really need to work on your lies. They are not even believable.

No lies. Facts. The road up Stonhedge Drive was dirt for years before Donnie bought that house.

I work for UPS. I know. The road never got paved till Bill Deskiins and the City made an agreement on the maintenance of the ditching and associated maintenance. Its public records. This must be Vanderbeck. He is the only one I know that distorts facts and documents.

Talk to Mrs. Maynard. She was the former owner of the house. She can clear your BS up in a second. I've delivered to her house for years and to get there you had to drive over dirt, mud and slop.

No lie here. I worked on building two house up on the hill there. During my six months there was no hardtop. Winter time there was days we couldn’t get deliveries from Lowe’s because of the road. The road from the tracks to the base of the hill has been hardtop for years but the road leading up the to the top level was not.
