City applying for riverfront development

Yeah let’s build a park so the lazy city workers can ruin it by not keeping it maintained. The riverfront and Noble Park are embarrassing. Walk down the brick sidewalks on Broadway and look at all the grass and weeds growing. Embarrassing! First impressions mean a lot and it’s saying to locals and visitors thatPaducah doesn’t care. Look at all the trash and leaves and filth on the streets and in gutters on both sides of Market House. I hope the new City Mananger gets this town cleaned up.
