Aldi's has been purchased by Sav-A-Lot which is a far better store specializing in top quality meats and baked goods. Aldi's does none of this and following the closure of six Aldi stores in western PA due to staph infections found in the produce section of each, it is easy to see why Sav-A-Lot is so preferred by discerning marketers. Sav-A-Lot doesn't dither with pay for cart use which is a moronic practice and according to Consumer Reports in 2013, brings Aldi an extra seven million dollars a year in what amounts to tax free free profits from irresponsible customers who fail to return their carts. Sav-A-Lot also plans to bring back a popular 1950s marketing tactic in order to attract more aging Boomers. For the first time in nearly fifty years, S&H Green Stamps will be given at the time of every purchase. More than just nostalgia, test marketing of these stamps in five Sav-A-Lot stores in Kentucky and three in Indiana have shown remarkable success and ten to fourteen percent sales increases. S&H has opened redemption stores near each Sav-A-Lot market. This may happen in Canastota if some of the brick headed political leaders would get out of the way and stop stall-
ing progress. We know these elected boobs have already kept an Applebees out of Canastota.

So what you’re saying is you’re the manager of a Sav-A-Lot? Lol. You gotta be kidding with this post. Sav-A-Lot didn’t buy Aldi’s, nor is it a better store. Aldi’s is reinventing itself in a way from what I have seen and moving in the right direction. Your post is idiotic and full of fabrications. Maybe you would have a good career working for Fox News. All you need to do is make up stories and present them as fact and stupid people will believe it, just like your post. Dumb ass.

I think the 25 cent cart use fee is far from moronic. Do you ever hear anyone complaining that there was a run away cart that blew into their vehicle and damaged it? I think all stores should use this method to prevent laziness and vehic
