Calling a businesswoman's real estate concern "an extortion racket" is free speech if you can support that claim in court once you are sued by the businesswoman. If you can't then it's very expensive speech.

The OH nazi in question appears to be a closet case. He may well have a Jewish mother, also. That's the way these things often work.

Also, if he's raising money or soliciting donations online as "a non profit" but he's not registered as a non profit I believe that can also have faily severe consequences.
