In most major metro areas throughout America, wherever there's a substantial amount of black males is also gonna have a substantial amount of crime, which also includes pedophilia and mass shootings. In fact, many pizza delivery companies keep an "index" of such demographic data to keep themselves alert on which neighborhoods they should avoid.
