Systems are broken when they exist to sustain themselves, and the people who
run the system rely on the system to stay the same. I assert that when considering policy abuse of process in any proceeding the first thing that we need to look at is that the public interest in the administration of justice requires that the Court protect its ability to function as a Court of Law by ensuring that its rules and procedures are used fairly by State and Citizens alike. The second is that, unless the Court protects its ability so as to function in that way, its failure will lead to an erosion of public confidence by reason of concern that the Court's processes will lend themselves to oppression, abuse and injustice. The NM CYFD and agencies like them act contrary to and blatantly refuse to adhere to Local, State, Government, or Human Rights Laws and I wonder why we as tax payers must bare the burden of their crimes.
